Benjamin Madgwick

Founder and Director

Ben is a respected Procurement and Commercial Consultant who helps Small to Medium Enterprise to compete and win government contracts. From executive leadership and advising businesses across Melbourne, Sydney and Canberra, Ben merges his wealth of knowledge, 15+ years’ experience and credentials to advise on tender writing, bid strategy and government contracting services.

Jenny Madgwick

Copy Writer & CFO

Jenny has 10 years Government experience working in the preparation and submission of policy, governance and risk. She is professional with well-rounded experience and solid strengths in Copywriting, Quality Assurance and HR Management. Particular expertise in proactively organising, planning, and resolving inefficiencies to enhance overall results. Excellent persuasive writing skills with a keen eye for details and accuracy. Her demonstrated ability to work well with all levels of management and team members. Governing values include integrity and respect.

Jason Lee

Senior Consultant

Jason brings 20-years Army Maintenance Management experience to Public Sector Contracts. After recently retiring at the rank of Warrant Officer Class 1, Jason has entered the professional world advising International Defence Businesses on fleet, asset and maintenance management. Jason has been working as a senior ILS consultant with some of Defence major prime OEMs advising on logistic policy and optimising maintenance systems.

Peter Hushin

Senior Consultant

Peter is an acclaimed Defence acquisition specialist with more than 30 years experience in the ADF and British Army. He has worked above and below the line as an Integrated Logistic Support Manager with strong knowledge and application of the ASDEFCON suite. His various roles as a Defence Technical Advisor have meant he has been solving design engineering problems with Operator and Maintainer needs at the forefront of the solution.

Dave Cochrane

Senior ILS Consultant

Dave is an esteemed Senior Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) consultant at PSC, specialising in LSAR. With a wealth of experience as a Logistics Analyst, he has successfully contributed to intricate ADF capabilities on Land and Sea projects. Recently, Dave played a pivotal role as the LSAR/ILSM for Land 400 Phase 2 and Phase 3, leading the comprehensive development and implementation of the LSAR program across both capabilities.

As a highly qualified Logistics Analyst, Dave possesses extensive expertise in LSAR development and review. He is proficient in utilizing eMRD and OmegaPS, in addition to having practical exposure to Raytheon’s Eagle software package.
